Based on the eastern principle of meridians, all parts of the body are reflected in precisely located areas of the hands and feet called reflexes. Pressure massage on these reflexes stimulates the body's own healing forces, restoring an overall state of balance and efficiency to body function.
Some new and exceedingly effective methods of applying the technique have been developed over recent years and adopted by the Practice. These produce enhanced healing effects without necessarily applying the uncomfortable pressure sometimes associated with this discipline.
